former Chief Minister of West Bengal, Buddhadeb Bhattacharya passed away today (8th August 2024) at 80 years. At around 8 AM on 8th August 2024, he breathed his last.
He was admitted to Alipore Private Hospital, and the doctor said he was affected by pneumonia. Gradually his condition was descending. But he fought against all obstacles and returned after 12 days of hospitalization.

When he was at his death bed he was in his own house at Palm Avenue in Kolkata. Doctors and nurses are always available there for him. But this time he could not fight more. The people of West Bengal will always remember his contribution to West Bengal.
